At Fairsight, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at hello@vivaharbor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hello@vivaharbor.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
